My stay at Luxury Airport Hotel was delightful! The room was pristine and featured a lovely balcony with views of the stunning mosque nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay warm and welcoming.

The folks here were just lovely. Got a nice room with clean sheets and a kettle for my tea. Wouldn’t you know, they even delivered breakfast right to my door! What a treat. It’s just a hop from the airport too, which made my travels real easy. Heard the calls from the nearby mosque bit too loud, but that’s city livin’ for ya!

The staff displayed remarkable hospitality, with personalized support that exceeded expectations. Miso soup was a highlight, offering a delightful touch to the dining experience. However, the hotel was a bit noisy during the night, particularly from the surrounding area, which could disrupt restful sleep. Transportation from the airport was chaotic at times, making for a tricky arrival. Additionally, some amenities could benefit from maintenance to enhance the overall comfort level.

My stay was marred by confusion during the airport pickup. There were multiple transportation managers, making it very chaotic to find the right one. Furthermore, the early breakfast service starting late at 7:30 resulted in a missed meal since I had an early flight.

I was almost ready to give a decent review, but the pillows were absolutely horrible! It felt like I was sleeping on bricks. The internet was barely existent, so no Netflix for me. Oh, and as a special touch, I expected a complimentary upgrade — you know, just for being me. So disappointing. Never again!

The stay was outstanding, thanks largely to the exceptional service provided by Ali, who assisted us with various needs, including sending our forgotten stroller to the airport. The room was well-equipped and maintained cleanliness throughout. The staff was welcoming, even during our late check-in, creating a pleasant atmosphere during our visit.
